Social Media & Content Specialist

;Asmana Wellness World is looking for someone to join its Marketing team, who will be responsible for managing social media channels and relationships with influencers.

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, this position will be responsible for the following duties:

• Analysis of content to be published and development of thematic sections;
• Monitoring social media trends and providing operational guidance for content creation;
• Drafting the Digital Editorial Plan (PED), writing the posts, and publishing them;
• Real-time content creation, particularly for Stories;
• Independent management of the TikTok channel (organic content);
• Coordinate with the in-house design team to create social media content;
• Daily operational coordination with creators and influencers
• Participation in photo and video shoots;
• Monitoring the results and performance of social media channels, with periodic strategic analyses of their management.

For this role, we are looking for people who share our values and meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field;
• A genuine interest in the world of wellness;
• Passion and a constant focus on social media trends and new digital languages;
• Excellent writing skills and an eye for aesthetics in content creation;
• Practical ability to shoot and edit vertical content using a smartphone (basic graphic design skills—Canva, Photoshop, or similar—are also a plus);
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.);
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple people and suppliers;
• Flexibility and willingness to participate in photo shoots;
• Residence or domicile in the area between Prato and Florence (roughly within 30 minutes of the office), to ensure daily presence at the facility and availability for creating content in real time and for photo shoots.

Previous experience managing social media channels is preferred but not required.

Employment Contract: Full-time
Salary: €1,250–1,450 per month, based on experience and qualifications
