ADMISSION INFO
HOW MUCH DOES ADMISSION COST AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

The entrance fee gives access to all spa facilities: swimming pools, salt pool and various whirlpools, saunas, Hammam, rooms relax. Sun beds and lockers are included in the price.
Excluded, however, are the optional costs of linen rental, massages, and restaurant consumption/bar.
BY CHOOSING DAILY ENTRY IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEAVE AND THEN RE-ENTER?
No, that is not possible.
The facility has an automated system to manage entry and exit. Upon entry, an electronic bracelet is handed out that the guest will keep on their wrist throughout their visit.
Upon exiting, he will be asked to insert the wristband into the turnstile so that it will allow him to pass. The turnstile will withdraw the wristband, deactivating it. The only way to re-enter would be to activate a new wristband by paying for a new entrance.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENTER ONLY TO PERFORM MASSAGE WITHOUT PAYING ADMISSION?
No, this is not possible. To use any of the services, the purchase of an entrance ticket is required.
DOES RESERVATION NEED TO BE MADE?
Reservations are NOT required for admission, food service and the Beauty Bar.
It is required only for massages. It can be made by sending an online request to link: MASSAGE RESERVATION or by calling +39 055 776771.
IS IT MANDATORY TO WEAR A BATHING SUIT IN SAUNAS?
Yes, the costume is mandatory.
CAN THE CHILDREN COME IN?
Access to Asmana is not allowed to minors, even if accompanied, for various reasons:
- To ensure maximum relax for all guests.
- For safety reasons: saunas and steam rooms are not suitable for toddlers.
- Inside the facility, it is not possible to enter with an ID card to allow for proper alcohol checks.
ARE SUBSCRIPTIONS PROVIDED?
No, they are not provided, but there is the possibility of purchasing entrance booklets:
10 admissions 1 free gift
25 admissions 3 free gifts
50 admissions 7 free gifts
They must be pre-purchased at our Front Desk, your choice of 3 types of entry. They are not named and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
REQUIREMENTS
DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS WHERE YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS?
Yes, the use of the personal locker is included in the price of the admission ticket.
A numbered wristband, which corresponds to the same locker number, will be given at the entrance. Therefore, it is not necessary to carry a lock.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN I RENT?
We recommend bringing: slippers, swimsuit, 2 large towels (one for drying yourself and one for sauna to maintain hygiene), and bathrobe.
It is possible to rent towels at a cost of €4.00 each and bathrobes at a cost of €8.00. It is also possible to purchase swimsuits, slippers and shower kits at our reception.
CAN I BRING MY CELL PHONE INSIDE?
Cell phone use is allowed only on the ground floor and outside to take photos.
Telephone use is not allowed on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Set the phone to silent mode.
No making calls or other noisy activities prohibited. Allowed only in Reception and locker rooms.
Store cell phone in locker when not in use
IS THE USE OF HEADPHONES MANDATORY?
No, it is not mandatory.
However, it is recommended to gather hair before entering the water.
SERVICES
DO YOU HAVE ROOMS TO STAY?
Asmana is the largest day spa in Italy and therefore we do not have rooms for overnight stays.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SUNBATHE IN YOUR GARDEN?
Asmana provides its guests with plenty of sunbeds in various areas of the garden for sunbathing.
Use of these loungers is free and does not require additional payment.
WHAT ARE "WELLNESS CEREMONIES"?
Called "AUFGUSS" in German, it is a well-known technique in Germany and other northern European countries. It is a wellness/purification/wilderness ritual that is performed at sauna by an attendant called an "Aufgussmeister" (or master of sauna). The Aufgussmeister, through the rhythmic movements of a towel, and sometimes accompanied by background music, directs hot, aromatized steam in the direction of the guests causing an intense and pleasurable multi-sensory experience.
ARE THERE ANY SMOKING AREAS?
Yes, designated smoking areas have been set up in the outdoor garden. Smoking, even outside, is prohibited outside these areas.
RESTORATION
DO YOU HAVE RESTAURANT/BAR SERVICE?
Yes, inside you will find The Oasis self-restaurant, where you can enjoy fine dining with fast service. Throughout the day, sandwiches, desserts and coffee and tea department are available.
Inside our pools you will also find the Tropical Pool Bar where you can enjoy a drink in the water. These services do not require reservations.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THE FOOD SERVICE, WITHOUT PAYING ADMISSION?
No, this is not possible. To use any of the services, the purchase of an entrance ticket is required.
CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS FROM HOME?
No, for hygienic/sanitary reasons food is not allowed to be brought in from outside.
DO YOU HAVE DISHES FOR CELIAC/VEGANS?
There are gluten-free dishes (such as appetizers, salads, main courses) on our menu, but our kitchen is not certified to produce "gluten free" foods, so we cannot guarantee that the dishes are not contaminated.
To meet the needs of our guests with gluten intolerances, we have included in our offer some packaged dishes for celiacs. At the Oasis self-restaurant you can find a pre-packaged and frozen gluten-free first course, prepared ensuring the complete absence of contamination.
Should you, however, want to take a quicker break, we have various snacks such as tarallini and tartlets available.
There are also various vegetarian and vegan options within our menus.

GIFT VOUCHERS
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes, entrance, massage/treatment and dining vouchers can be given away. They are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
They are available for purchase in Reception or on our website at this link SHOP ASMANA
WHAT DO VOUCHERS PURCHASED ONLINE LOOK LIKE?
Vouchers will arrive via email to the address entered when registering on our website.
They will be in PDF format. They will be able to be printed or shown in Reception on the cell phone.
One voucher will be sent for each service purchased.
They are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. The exact expiration date can be found on the voucher itself.
I CAN NOT BUY FROM THE SITE, HOW CAN I DO?
At the time of purchase you should always make sure that:
- The card you used is among the types accepted
- If the card is Visa, PostePay or MasterCard that it is enabled for online purchases with the banking transparency code;
- If the card is a prepaid card have sufficient credit for the purchase;
- That all the card information you entered is correct;
- That he is not buying from the cell phone;

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE?
On our site you can purchase with credit, debit and prepaid cards that have a CVV code and are enabled for online purchases. We accept major payment circuits such as Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
It is not possible to pay by American Express, PayPal or wire transfer.
ARE SUBSCRIPTIONS PROVIDED?
