Maintenance Technician

Asmana Wellness World is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician.

The role involves:

• Learn how the facility’s various technical systems work (air conditioning, swimming pools, saunas, cogeneration, water treatment systems, etc.)
• Support the senior team in the day-to-day management of routine and non-routine maintenance
• Help monitor automated systems and take action in the event of malfunctions
• Collaborate with colleagues and external vendors to ensure the facility operates at peak efficiency

For this role, we are looking for people who share our values and meet the following requirements:

• Strong motivation to learn and an interest in the technical maintenance of complex systems
• Basic technical training (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or similar)
• Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to grow within a structured environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Even minimal experience in maintenance will be considered a plus

Employment Contract: Full-time
Salary: €1,250.00 – €1,350.00 per month
