General Information

Some useful information before booking your massage:

  • Admission ticket: Massages are part of the Asmana experience, so an admission ticket is required.
  • What to bring: swimsuit, bathrobe, two large towels, slippers, and toiletries. If you'd rather travel light, you can find everything you need at the front desk.
  • Age: Access to Asmana restricted to adults.
  • Reservations: Massages must be booked in advance; purchasing a voucher does not constitute a reservation.

For 50-minute couples' massages, reservations can only be made by phone at +39 055 776771 (from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.).

BOOK YOUR MASSAGE

Confirmation of reservation

A message will be sent the day before the massage asking for confirmation of the reservation.

You must report to the Front Deskat Asmana at least 60 minutes before the time of the massage.

In case of no response to the booking confirmation message or no show at the Front Desk at least 60 minutes before the massage start time, the reservation cannot be guaranteed.

Delay

The delay will be subtracted from the massage time. The full cost of the booked massage will still be charged.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the start of the massage.
