General Information
The purchase of an entrance ticket is required to use the massage service.
For access you need to bring: bathing suit, bathrobe, 2 large towels and slippers. The necessities are available at the front desk at an extra cost.
Access to Asmana is permitted only to those over 18 years of age.
Reservation of massages
RESERVATION IS REQUIRED for access to the massage service. Purchase of the voucher is not equivalent to a reservation.
Reservation is NOT required for Beauty Bar 5 steps. It can be requested at the Beauty Bar near the Foot Bath.

Confirmation of reservation
A message will be sent the day before the massage asking for confirmation of the reservation.
You must report to the Front Deskat Asmana at least 60 minutes before the time of the massage.
In case of no response to the booking confirmation message or no show at the Front Desk at least 60 minutes before the massage start time, the reservation cannot be guaranteed.
Delay
The delay will be subtracted from the massage time. The full cost of the booked massage will still be charged.
Cancellation
We kindly ask guests to make the cancellation at least 3 hours before the beginning of the massage.
