Qualche informazione utile prima di prenotare il tuo massaggio:

  • Biglietto d’ingresso: i massaggi si vivono dentro l’esperienza di Asmana, quindi è necessario il biglietto d’ingresso.
  • Cosa portare: costume, accappatoio, due teli grandi, ciabatte e kit doccia. Se preferisci viaggiare leggero, trovi tutto in reception.
  • Età: l’accesso ad Asmana è riservato ai maggiorenni.
  • Prenotazione: i massaggi vanno prenotati in anticipo, l’acquisto del voucher non equivale a una prenotazione.

Per i massaggi di coppia, che si vivono in due nella stessa stanza, la prenotazione si fa al telefono: chiama il +39 055 776771 (dalle 10:00 alle 20:00) e troviamo insieme il momento giusto.

Confirmation of reservation

A message will be sent the day before the massage asking for confirmation of the reservation.

You must report to the Front Deskat Asmana at least 60 minutes before the time of the massage.

In case of no response to the booking confirmation message or no show at the Front Desk at least 60 minutes before the massage start time, the reservation cannot be guaranteed.

Delay

The delay will be subtracted from the massage time. The full cost of the booked massage will still be charged.

Cancellation

We kindly ask guests to make the cancellation at least 3 hours before the beginning of the massage.
