WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ENTRANCE FEE?

The entrance fee gives access to all areas of the facility:

  • Indoor and outdoor swimming pools with whirlpools;
  • Saunas (Wine Sauna, Sauna of Herbs, Indian Sauna , Sauna Zen);
  • Hammam (octagonal pool, Turkish baths and Foam Room);
  • Rooms relax;
  • Infrared zone (seating area and loungers);
  • Outdoor area with beach beds, garden and terraces.

There is a full schedule of Wellness Ceremonies each day involving exotic musical instruments, essential oils, incense and small skin pampering such as face creams and scrub.

The only services not included are Massage, Treatments, Catering and linen rental.

DOES RESERVATION NEED TO BE MADE?

No, it is possible to gain access to Asmana without needing to book in advance. It is possible to gain access by showing up directly at the Front Desk.

Tickets with guaranteed admission are available on some of the busiest days. They can be purchased exclusively on our website at this link: GUARANTEED ADMISSION
It will be possible to enter even without a guaranteed admission ticket, unless the maximum capacity of the center is reached.

Reservations are required for access to the massage service. It is recommended to make it a few days in advance.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN I RENT?

We recommend bringing:

  • slippers
  • costume
  • 2 large towels (one for drying yourself and one for sauna access)
  • bathrobe
  • showering necessities.

The use of one large towel (beach towel size) per person is mandatory for access to saunas and Wellness Ceremonies held in the sauna.

You can rent towels and bathrobes and purchase bathing suits, slippers and shower kits at our Front Desk.

Hair dryers are available to guests free of charge.

The use of a swimming cap is not mandatory. It is instead required to tie your hair before entering the water.

An electronically locked locker is assigned at check-in. Therefore, it is not necessary to bring a lock.

CAN I BRING MY CELL PHONE INSIDE?

Cell phone use is allowed only on the ground floor and outside to take photos.

Telephone use is not allowed on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Set the phone to silent mode.

Making calls or other noisy activities are prohibited. They are only allowed in Reception and locker rooms.

Store the cell phone in the locker when not in use.

IS THE HEADSET MANDATORY?

No, it is not mandatory.

However, it is required to gather hair before entering the water.

DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS WHERE YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS?

Yes, the use of the locker is included in the price of the admission ticket.

At the entrance you will be given a numbered wristband, which corresponds to the same locker number. Therefore, it is not necessary to carry a lock.

BY CHOOSING DAILY ENTRY IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEAVE AND THEN RE-ENTER?

No, that is not possible.

The facility has an automated system to manage entry and exit. Upon entry, an electronic bracelet is handed out that the guest will keep on their wrist throughout their visit.

Upon exiting, he will be asked to insert the wristband into the turnstile so that it will allow him to pass. The turnstile will withdraw the wristband, deactivating it.

The only way to re-enter is to activate a new wristband by paying a new entrance fee.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENTER ONLY TO PERFORM MASSAGE WITHOUT PAYING ADMISSION?

No, this is not possible. To use any of the services, the purchase of an entrance ticket is required.

IS IT MANDATORY TO WEAR A BATHING SUIT IN SAUNAS?

Yes, bathing suits are mandatory throughout the facility.

Nudity and toplessness are prohibited.

IS ACCESS ALLOWED TO MINORS?

No, access to Asmana is not allowed to minors, even if accompanied, for various reasons:

  • To ensure maximum relax for all guests.
  • For safety reasons: saunas and steam rooms are not suitable for toddlers.
  • Inside the facility, it is not possible to enter with an ID card to allow for proper alcohol checks.
ARE GUARANTEED ADMISSION TICKETS AVAILABLE?

GUARANTEED ENTRANCE tickets are available on the busiest days. They can be purchased EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE.

Access is also possible without a guaranteed-entry ticket, unless maximum capacity is reached. In this case, some waiting time may be required before access to the center can be granted.

ARE SUBSCRIPTIONS PROVIDED?

No, they are not provided, but there is the possibility of purchasing booklets of admissions.

The following entrance booklets can be purchased through the front desk:

  • 10 admissions + 1 free gift
  • 25 admissions + 3 free
  • 50 admissions + 7 free

All carnets allow a choice of 3 types of admission. They are not named and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS EVEN IN RAINY WEATHER?

Yes, Asmana is open 365 days a year.

Both indoor and outdoor pools are heated and thus open even in winter or in rainy weather.

Only in case of extreme weather events (hail, lightning storms or cloudbursts), for safety reasons, the outdoor pool and the indoor pool connected to it will be closed. They will be reopened when the adverse weather conditions are over.

All other areas will remain regularly accessible.

HOW IS THE HOURLY RATE CALCULATED?

The hourly rate is calculated using the electronic wristband.

The start time of stay coincides with entry through the turnstiles and ends at the time of exit.

Time spent in the refreshment, massage and locker room areas is included in the rate.

If the time included in the hourly rate is exceeded, a surcharge will be charged to be paid at the time of exit.

IS THE WATER IN THE BATHS THERMAL?

No, but the water in the tanks is heated.

The temperature varies between 34 and 37 degrees, so they are accessible even in winter.

In summer the temperature is pleasantly cool during the day so you can enjoy the warm sunny days. In the evening, however, the temperature rises so you can take a bath even at night.

WHAT DO VOUCHERS PURCHASED ONLINE LOOK LIKE?

Vouchers are sent via email to the address entered when registering on our site.

One voucher will be sent for each service purchased.

They are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. The exact expiration date can be found on the voucher itself.

Yes, when provided, as vouchers are not equivalent to a reservation.

DO YOU HAVE ROOMS TO STAY?

Asmana is the largest day spa in Italy and therefore we do not have rooms for overnight stays.

ARE THERE CRIBS AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS?

Asmana provides its guests with plenty of sunbeds both inside and in various areas of the garden, where sunbathing is possible in summer.

Use of the sunbeds is free and does not require additional payment.

WHAT ARE "WELLNESS CEREMONIES"?

These are experiences included in the entrance fee. 

They are of various types:

  • SAUNA CEREMONIES: These are called "AUFGUSS" in German, and are very common in Germany and other northern European countries. They are performed by a Master of Ceremonies who, through the rhythmic movements of a towel, accompanied by background music, directs the hot, aromatic steam in the direction of the guests, giving an intense and pleasant multi-sensory experience.
  • SCRUB CEREMONIES: are held inside the steam room where steam envelops guests while the scrub, prepared daily with Mediterranean salt and natural essences, purifies the skin.
  • MEDITATION CEREMONIES: Through exotic musical instruments such as Tibetan Bells, incense and meditation paths, our guests are guided on an inner journey in which well-being is not only physical but also mental.

The times are displayed on the screens inside the facility. Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before the Ceremony start time.

For participation in the sauna Ceremonies, it is mandatory for hygiene reasons to have one large towel per person.

ARE THERE ANY SMOKING AREAS?

Yes, there are designated smoking areas in the outdoor garden.

Smoking, even if outside, is prohibited outside these areas.

RESTORATION
DO YOU HAVE RESTAURANT/BAR SERVICE?

The OASIS self-restaurant offers all-day quick meals such as sandwiches, desserts and fruit. Lunch and dinner, on the other hand, are available first courses, main courses, cutting boards and salads prepared expressly by our kitchen.

At the Tropical Pool Bar you can enjoy alcoholic cocktails, non-alcoholic cocktails, centrifuges and fresh fruit as well as various snacks while standing comfortably in the water.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE THE FOOD SERVICE, WITHOUT PAYING ADMISSION?

No, this is not possible. To use any of the services, the purchase of an entrance ticket is required.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS FROM HOME?

No, for hygienic/sanitary reasons food is not allowed to be brought in from outside.

DO YOU HAVE DISHES FOR CELIACS?

Yes, there are gluten-free dishes (such as appetizers, salads, main courses) on our menu, but our kitchen is not certified to produce "gluten free" foods, so we cannot guarantee the non-contamination of the dishes.

To meet the needs of our guests with gluten intolerances, we have included in our offer some packaged dishes for celiacs. At the Oasis self-restaurant you can find a pre-packaged and frozen gluten-free first course, prepared ensuring the complete absence of contamination.

Should you, however, want to take a quicker break, we have various snacks such as tarallini and tartlets available.

DO YOU HAVE DISHES FOR VEGETARIANS OR VEGANS?

Yes, within our menus there is a wide range of dishes for vegetarians and vegans.

They are indicated with clear symbols so that their type can be identified immediately.

If in doubt, ask the staff for information and to view the allergen menu.
